We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior IT System Administrator to
join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
managing servers, backups, surveillance systems, and hardware maintenance, with
a strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
✅ Responsibilities:
- Administer and
maintain Windows servers and ensure system stability and security
- Implement and
monitor backup solutions and disaster recovery plans
- Install,
configure, and manage CCTV surveillance systems
- Diagnose and
repair desktop computers, printers, and related hardware
- Provide
technical support and troubleshoot network issues
- Preferred:
Experience with ERP systems or similar platforms
- Document
technical procedures and generate professional reports
🎯 Requirements:
- 3–5 years of
proven experience in IT system administration
- Strong
knowledge of backup strategies, server environments, and network security
- Familiarity
with firewall configuration and monitoring tools
- Excellent
troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work
under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Professional
certifications (e.g., MCSA, CCNA – Veeam Backup).
